Description

You will troubleshoot server hardware failures and support global field deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose component and system failures through controlled testing and root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues using Linux and Windows command-line interfaces.
• Manage cabling, including labeling and dressing, to maintain data center standards.
• Track server fleet health to validate customer SLAs and identify emerging trends.
• Provide precise feedback to engineering teams on failures, serviceability, and integration.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data center or hardware support roles.
• Deep understanding of server components and system types.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows command-line troubleshooting.
• Ability to engage internal engineering departments and customers effectively.
• Strong attention to detail in RCA/FA documentation.
• Experience with cable management and physical hardware handling.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with New Product Introduction training and SOP development.
• Global field deployment support experience.
