Description

You will manage physical infrastructure and technical operations within the data center environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove hardware into racks efficiently and neatly.
• Collaborate with technology teams to determine network and storage connections and enter service requests.
• Configure Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and manage energy monitoring software.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, requests, and changes within ServiceNow.
• Support project deadlines and provide technical consultation to data center users.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working as a Data Center Technician.
• Proficiency with PowerIQ for inventory and energy monitoring.
• Experience configuring PDUs.
• Experience using dcTrack for inventory management.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ITSM tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds.
• Availability to work day, swing, or mid shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education level.
• 1 year minimum tenure in similar roles.
