Description

Lead the data center operations team and oversee daily facility infrastructure management to ensure high availability and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians and engineers, guiding daily activities and professional development.
• Manage data center infrastructure including servers, storage, networking equipment, and power/cooling systems.
• Own incident management by leading outage responses, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures.
• Execute capacity planning and monitor resource usage to support future growth and optimize performance.
• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure infrastructure resilience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data center operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Hands-on expertise with servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of power and cooling systems within a data center environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale data center environments.
• Proficiency in incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
• Strong understanding of security compliance and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001 and HIPAA.
• Experience with CDCMP and DCCA.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
