Description

You will lead the data center operations team, managing infrastructure technology stacks and ensuring high availability of all systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data center operations engineers, managing daily activities and professional development.
• Own the end-to-end incident management process, driving major incident response and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Manage the full data center infrastructure stack, including scheduled maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and capacity planning.
• Oversee Active Directory and cloud services, including Azure AD administration, security groups, GPO, and SSO configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure support across public and private clouds.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring regular testing and validation of procedures.
• Monitor environment health via 24x7 ITSM queues and triage alerts based on severity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and VxRail.
• Proficiency with Citrix environments.
• Experience managing Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD SSO.
• Technical knowledge of Azure Security Policy.
• Experience using Logic Monitor and Moog Soft for environment monitoring.
• Ability to manage privileged user access and service account passwords.
• Experience conducting audits for compliance standards such as JSOX, FDA, or GQS.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
