Lead the data center operations team, managing daily facility operations to ensure high availability and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end data center infrastructure technology stack and oversee daily facility operations.
• Lead major incident response, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Mentor and manage a team of operations engineers, coordinating daily activities and professional development.
• Plan and oversee scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and capacity planning to support future growth.
• Ensure infrastructure adheres to security policies, regulatory requirements, and disaster recovery plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and VxRail.
• Proficiency with Citrix environments.
• Experience using Logic Monitor and Moog Soft for monitoring.
• Technical knowledge of Azure AD SSO and Azure Security Policy.
• Experience managing PKI and directory services.
• Ability to manage Active Directory, GPO, and security groups.
• Experience with vulnerability management and privileged user management.
• Proven ability to drive incident management processes and communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience assisting with JSOX, FDA, and GQS audits.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery testing and validation procedures.
