Description

You will manage the end-to-end execution of data center projects and infrastructure components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level and low-level project plans and budgets for data center deployments.
• Coordinate activities between internal IT departments and external resources, including Engineering Design Teams and General Contractors.
• Manage the construction of new sites either directly or through a general contractor.
• Execute the RFP process to secure new vendors and manage ongoing vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with sourcing and legal teams to negotiate lease terms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in vendor management and construction oversight.
• Proficiency with SharePoint for documentation management.
• Working knowledge of Engineering Design processes.
• Experience with Service Management practices.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work on-site most of the time with regular local travel to data centers.
