Description

You will manage the operational integrity and infrastructure maintenance of the data centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of critical systems including UPS, cooling, generators, fire systems, and electrical rooms.
• Supervise onsite specialized vendors during major maintenance works, including after-hours and holiday shifts.
• Coordinate 24/7 with the FM team to respond to emergency SMS alarms and operational requirements.
• Manage IT project designs for structured cabling and infrastructure networks.
• Process service desk requests from clients and ISPs within approved SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data centre infrastructure systems.
• BSc degree in engineering or science.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout updates and design management.
• Strong competence in MS Office.
• Experience managing structured cabling and network infrastructure projects.
• Ability to handle client enquiries and emergency coordination outside of standard working hours.
• Experience reviewing technical service reports and vendor contracts.

Preferred Skills

• Maintain accurate data centre drawing layouts, permanent access lists, and critical spare parts inventories.
• Prepare monthly KPI, cable, and field service reports for management and leasing teams.
