Description

You will own the development and maintenance of data solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize product queries based on new data attributes and web data.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to ensure data models meet business requirements.
• Implement and validate data transformations prior to ingestion into Data Cloud, ensuring data quality.
• Ingest new data fields and datasets while updating Search Indexes and Retrievers for optimal performance.
• Prepare and migrate validated configurations across UAT and Production environments following governance guidelines.

Required Skills

• 4–9 years of experience as a Data Cloud Developer, Data Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including Data Streams and Data Model Objects.
• Proficiency with ETL/ELT pipelines and handling JSON/structured datasets.
• Experience designing and managing search indexes, embeddings, and retrievers.
• Strong understanding of data chunking strategies and RAG frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data processing.
• Experience with CI/CD and UAT deployment processes.
