Description

You will support the DISA Global Operations Center mission by applying mathematical and statistical methods to collect, organize, and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on contractual performance standards and trouble ticket lifecycle management within a 24/7 Operations Center.
• Analyze ticket queues to validate that actions are clear and concise, ensuring contract performance goals are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks by reporting issues that impact contractual compliance to operations leadership.
• Collaborate with network operations and functional areas to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
• Review and validate tickets against published templates, notifications, and timelines.
• Provide training support and orientation for new hires to meet contractual requirements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data collection or operations support.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Moderate understanding of IT ticketing processes and applications.
• Moderate understanding of Data Analytics.
• Ability to work Mon-Fri 0700-1500.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL 4 Certification.
• GSMO.
