Description

You will support the DISA Global Operations Center mission by applying mathematical and statistical methods to collect, organize, and interpret data. You will monitor and report on contractual performance standards and manage the trouble ticket lifecycle within a 24/7 Operations Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ticket queues to validate that actions are clear and concise, ensuring contract performance goals are met.
• Review and validate tickets against published templates, notifications, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks by reporting issues that impact contractual compliance to operations leadership.
• Collaborate with network operations and functional areas to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
• Provide training support and orientation for new hires to meet contractual requirements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data collection or operations support.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Moderate understanding of IT ticketing processes and applications.
• Moderate understanding of Data Analytics.
• Ability to work Mon-Fri 0700-1500.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL 4 Certification.
• GSMO.
