Description

Manage the collection and interpretation of legal and administrative documentation for criminal history records.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret criminal codes, administrative policies, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research using Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, INcite, or Doxpop.
• Analyze criminal history records, including affidavits of probable cause and sentencing documentation.
• Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Manage multiple data workflows under strict time constraints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience or 6 years of college education.
• Experience with criminal history records, pre-sentence investigation reports, and sentencing documentation.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms like Lexis Nexis or Westlaw.
• Strong data analysis and data modeling capabilities.
• Proven ability to interpret complex legal and administrative codes.
• High level of organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
