Description

• Lead requirement discovery sessions with application teams, Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
• Develop BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into actionable JIRA backlog items with scope, dependencies, assumptions, and validation criteria.
• Coordinate application onboarding to the Data Connect platform, including data sources, feeds, access, scheduling, notifications, and environment requirements.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions align with platform standards and supported integration patterns.
• Manage feature and enhancement intake, backlog readiness, prioritization, and release planning.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, testing status, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect triage, business validation, and sign-off activities.
• Support production issue triage related to data flows, access, data sources, scheduling, performance, and service disruptions.
• Prepare status reports, release communications, decision materials, and leadership updates.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, backlog refinement, status meetings, and issue-resolution sessions.
• Identify opportunities to improve data integration processes, documentation, platform adoption, and delivery transparency.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Product Analysis, Data Management, or Technology Delivery.
• 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business/functional requirements.
• 5+ years of experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and SDLC processes.
• 3+ years of experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating SIT, UAT, defect management, and release readiness.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise data integration, data movement, or data warehousing concepts.
• 2+ years of experience working with relational databases and data validation.
• 3+ years of experience managing stakeholders across business, technology, QA, and production support teams.
• 3+ years of experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and delivery milestones.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Data Connect or a similar enterprise data integration/orchestration platform.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• 2+ years of experience with ETL, Informatica, Oracle/Oracle Exadata, Hadoop, Spark, APIs, or data lineage concepts.
• 1+ year of experience with Airflow, Autosys, Jenkins, Ansible, Python, CI/CD, or similar delivery tools.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Finance, Treasury, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Data Governance, or CFO Data Management initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience supporting platform modernization, production controls, retention, archival, or operational readiness initiatives
