Description

You will lead the technical design and implementation of privacy-enhancing solutions to secure data processing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions including encryption, anonymization, pseudonymization, and access controls.
• Partner with business and product teams to identify opportunities for implementing privacy-enhancing technologies.
• Integrate privacy controls into software applications, platforms, and infrastructure using privacy by design principles.
• Provide technical guidance on the selection, configuration, and deployment of privacy tools.
• Conduct technical assessments of third-party solutions to ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, cybersecurity, or related technical roles focused on privacy and data protection.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Practical experience with database technologies and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of privacy-enhancing technologies and privacy by design best practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) certification.
