Description

You will process, organize, and structure data to drive business decision-making and ensure the success of data-intensive projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytical needs and collect necessary data from business partners.
• Interpret data results to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop thematic maps, reports, charts, and analytic visualizations.
• Design data structures to ensure integrity, security, high availability, and usability.
• Implement complex data and analytic solutions within tight time frames using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data mapping.
• Strong SQL writing and debugging skills.
• Experience with relational and hierarchical databases.
• Proficiency in data wrangling from flat files using Athena or similar SQL querying tools.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud technology.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of ESS Business Terminology and Policy/Claims Data Elements.
• Ability to work across multiple different technology stacks.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with IBM Infosphere, Erwin, or similar modelling tools.
• Experience with Informatica, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Python scripting language knowledge.
