Description

You will own data conversion models and analytics that drive experimentation, attribution, and business strategy. You translate complex data into actionable insights and ensure data health across environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain conversion-focused data models for analytics and experimentation.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation across all environments.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnel performance, and behavioral patterns to identify conversion bottlenecks.
• Conduct A/B test analysis and partner with product teams to evaluate experiment impact.
• Present insights to leadership and drive alignment on conversion optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles with a focus on conversion or data health.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and SQL query bundling.
• Experience with BI tools: Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode.
• Experience working with ETL developers and DBAs.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Department of Labor Data Model, process, and regulations.
• Experience with public sector data.
• Experience with system integration and data validation modeling.
