Description

You will manage data conversion activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness across multiple concurrent projects. You will balance high-priority initiatives while collaborating with developers, technical operations, and customers. Your role requires clear communication of technical details to both internal partners and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute data conversion tasks with strict adherence to accuracy standards.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical operations teams to ensure project success.
• Communicate technical requirements and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity across Human Resource, Financial, or Procurement domains.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data-related roles.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, Taleo, or other ERP systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority activities concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within Human Resource, Financial, or Procurement domains.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity located in Georgia, USA.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS and On-Premises ERP systems.
• Experience with Workday.
