You will manage data conversion processes within Workday and other ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute data conversion workflows between SaaS and on-premises systems.
• Collaborate with developers, technical operations, and customers to ensure data integrity.
• Communicate technical requirements and project updates to all stakeholders.
• Manage multiple high-priority tasks within a growing environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Taleo.
• Familiarity with both SaaS and on-premises ERP systems.
• Data Analytics expertise.
• ETL process implementation.
• DBMS management.
• Statistical analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data integrity validation in complex ERP migrations.
