Lead data mapping strategies and architect automation jobs for ERP and supply chain system migrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead data mapping strategies for ERP and supply chain systems.
• Architect and implement data conversion automation jobs to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Design scalable data migration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Support data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes during cutover.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data-centric roles.
• Proven experience with data mapping and data conversion automation tools.
• 1–2 full-cycle ERP rollout experiences, preferably with Oracle.
• Deep understanding of supply chain systems and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues during migration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
