Description

Lead end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud implementations. You own the conversion approach, technical mapping, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration workshops with business stakeholders to define requirements and scope.
• Document technical requirements and field mappings to guide custom program development.
• Execute SAP CR&B data loads using EMIGALL, leveraging group and distribution import functions for automation.
• Perform data reconciliation and build real-time dashboards to track migration status and risks.
• Mentor migration team members and coordinate efforts between onsite and offshore load teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data migration or conversion roles.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations.
• Proficiency with EMIGALL data migration tools.
• Experience with SAP Service Cloud (v1 or v2).
• Strong project management skills to lead status meetings and report to the PMO.
• Ability to perform technical mapping of source and target fields.
• Experience with data reconciliation methodologies.
• Ability to capture and communicate technical requirements to development teams.
