Description

You will design and implement data conversion strategies to migrate information from external databases into internal company systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications to streamline internal business processes and enhance legacy application functionality.
• Design and execute data migration strategies from non-company databases into internal systems.
• Perform unit testing, end-to-end testing, and validation within development environments.
• Collaborate with users and Business Analysts to define system requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct problem determination to identify and correct defects in existing applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data or software development roles.
• Fluent in SQL development.
• Working knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Experience with Excel and basic knowledge of accounting systems.
• Basic knowledge of MySQL and PowerBI.
• Basic understanding of CDC mirroring, SQL replication, or similar technologies.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of IBM DB2.
