Lead the Level 1 Data Core team to ensure operational alignment and effective performance management in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Level 1 Data Core team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement strategies and policies for the Data Core function.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement operational improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Level 1 Data Core operations.
• Proficiency with Huawei technologies.
• Proficiency with Ericsson technologies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
• Ability to monitor performance data and drive continuous improvements.
• Strong leadership and management skills for team oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Telco or IT field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional departments in telecommunications environments.
