Description

You will lead delivery of large-scale data projects and manage end-to-end software development and support for transitioned workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance for selected accounts, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and financial targets are met.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support for projects and L3 production fixes.
• Direct onshore and offshore teams, providing supervision and guidance to achieve delivery targets.
• Mitigate delivery risks across the portfolio and act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Partner with Group domain teams to plan and manage transitioned deliverables and ensure conformance to software delivery methodologies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in leadership roles within complex, global engineering or financial services organizations.
• Proven track record delivering highly complex, global programs and large-scale data warehouse implementations.
• Deep expertise in Data Lake, EDW, Data Mart, and Data Integration architectures.
• Strong functional knowledge of Data profiling, Data modeling (FSLDM, Dimensional), Data mapping, and Data governance.
• Experience in financial analytics, including reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and credit risk analytics (Basel & IFRS9).
• Proficiency in Teradata (Bteq, GCFR, MDM) and Informatica (PC, IDR, BDM, MM, IDQ).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modeling tools like Erwin.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Qlik, Cloudera, Hadoop, Hive, Impala, or Spark.
