Description

You will build and own the engineering roadmap for an in-house marketing SaaS solution using big data.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain desktop-based data web applications from front-end to back-end.
• Design and deploy complex data models in coordination with data scientists to fuel applications.
• Deploy applications on cloud infrastructure while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Integrate applications with big data systems and third-party marketing tools using APIs.
• Triage, debug, and resolve product and system issues by analyzing impact on service operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering both client and server software.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with server-side programming using NodeJS, Python, PHP, or ASP.
• Database programming with SQL, SQLite, Hive/Hadoop, or MongoDB.
• 5+ years of experience with data modeling in big data environments using massive structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience with APIs and microservices development and management.
• Proficiency in Linux scripting or a general scripting language.
• Experience working in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
