Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for healthcare and clinical datasets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Structure and optimize data lakes and schemas for analytics and reporting.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper handling of EHR systems and clinical data.
• Clean, transform, and migrate data to support application integration and business needs.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and implement performance improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proven ability to build ETL/ELT pipelines at scale.
• Experience structuring and optimizing data lakes and schemas.
• Solid SQL development and data modeling skills.
• Experience with healthcare/clinical data and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to handle data architecture, cleaning, and integration tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with EHR systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and analysts.
