Responsibilities

• Utilize BI dashboards to analyze property data.
• Manage order queues to ensure processing within designated time frames.
• Extract property facts using internal tools and third-party websites.
• Streamline report generation workflows using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Earth.
• Solve complex problems and identify new approaches to existing tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Google Maps.
• Understanding of commercial and residential property valuation principles and techniques.
• At least one year of experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail during repetitive daily workflows.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
