Description

You will design and implement data pipelines and warehousing solutions for banking and financial services. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write complex SQL queries to manage and manipulate data within Snowflake and Teradata environments.
• Develop scripts to execute Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT/ETL) processes.
• Utilize Snowflake utilities, including SnowSQL and SnowPipe, for data ingestion and management.
• Analyze system requirements for data warehousing within Hadoop and Teradata ecosystems.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver data integration projects.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency for complex query development.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including SnowSQL and SnowPipe.
• Proven experience working with Hadoop and Teradata.
• Deep understanding of Data Warehouse, ODS, and ETL concepts.
• Experience using at least one ETL tool.
• Mandatory experience within the Banking or Financial services domain.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python, PySpark, and the Azure platform.
