Description

Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and semantic layers to support analytics, reporting, and chatbot/IVR initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain efficient data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to visualize key metrics and insights.
• Enrich and optimize data that powers semantic layers and analytics tools.
• Support data architecture and engineering efforts related to chatbot and IVR data initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Strong experience with Apache Airflow.
• Advanced SQL query development skills.
• Experience working with Google BigQuery and other data warehousing solutions.
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles and pipeline development.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with Tuesdays onsite and four days remote.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with chatbot and IVR data initiatives.
• Knowledge of semantic layer optimization.
