Description
You will build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes from various sources into GCS and GCP.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines to move data from source systems to GCS/GCP.
- Execute ETL processes to support data lake projects.
- Develop backend components using Java and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Proficiency with Python and Java for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka.
- Experience building and managing Data Lakes.
- Practical knowledge of GCS, GCP, BigQuery, and GCP Pub-Sub.
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within an agile development environment.
