Description

You will deliver Cognos Analytics reports and technical enhancements within the MSSOT Business Insights team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Cognos Analytics reports and technical enhancements for tactical and strategic projects.
• Interface with support and development teams across asset classes to integrate new capabilities.
• Manage incident, change request, and problem management activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to deliver application architecture.
• Balance business-as-usual support activities with priority project work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Knowledge of Java.
• Experience with DevOps principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cognos Analytics version 11x or above.
• Experience with Oracle.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and IT security best practices.
