Design and implement data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
• Build and prepare datasets for business intelligence tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Optimize query performance using indexes, materialized views, and tuning.
• Execute test cases for data validation and deployment readiness.
• Identify business rules and evaluate technical risks like data latency.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong experience with Python and database development.
• Experience building reports in Tableau, PowerBI, or AWS QuickSight.
• Knowledge of data ingestion best practices and data design.
• Experience with query performance tuning and application optimization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TOAD data tools.
• Experience implementing performance tuning specifically for Tableau dashboards.
• Familiarity with AWS DataZone.
