• Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles.
• Experience with VoIP and telephony systems.
• Proficiency in designing IVR solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CRM integration.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
• Master's Degree in Information Technology
