Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines across Azure cloud platforms. You own the end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade data models and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and orchestrate ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Develop dimensional, relational, and lakehouse data models to support analytics and reporting.
• Implement and optimize data processing solutions using Azure Databricks and distributed computing frameworks.
• Enable AI/ML initiatives by creating curated datasets and integrating Azure Machine Learning pipelines.
• Ensure data governance, security, quality, and compliance while optimizing pipeline reliability and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory for orchestration and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for large-scale data transformation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data engineering workflows.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and modern lakehouse architectures.
• Knowledge of Delta Lake and lakehouse design principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Understanding of Azure security best practices, including RBAC, Key Vault, and encryption.
