Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of complex data workflows and pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM DataStage.
• Write efficient, complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines integrating with Snowflake.
• Create and maintain UNIX shell scripts to automate ETL tasks and manage scheduling.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs for performance and data quality.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Expert proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage or DataStage.
• Experience with Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
• Proficiency in Unix Scripting and Unix environments.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
