Description

You will build and manage data pipelines using Python and Snowflake SQL procedural language.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate data pipelines and manage schedules using Airflow or MWAA.
• Manage Snowflake features including external tables, clustering, data ingestion, and warehouse management.
• Integrate Snowflake with other technologies for data processing and reporting.
• Implement infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python and Snowflake SQL procedural language.
• 2 to 3 years of experience with Airflow or MWAA service.
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake internals, clustering, and ingestion techniques.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL and procedural code.
• Experience with AWS services including Glue, Lambda, Secret Manager, S3, VPC, Private Link, and Step Functions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with GitHub for code management and Jenkins for deployment.
• Knowledge of Data Modelling techniques and JIRA for project execution.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Tableau.
