You will own the development and implementation of data pipelines and data warehousing solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL workflows for data ingestion from structured and unstructured sources.
• Develop and maintain course content covering ETL, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms.
• Guide associates through real-world projects using modern data platforms and tools.
• Assess performance and provide feedback on project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery.
• Experience with big data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Proficiency with data workflow automation tools like Talend, Informatica, or Apache NiFi.
• Experience implementing data modeling strategies (Dimensional modeling, Normalization) in Snowflake/Redshift.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices for data workflows.
• Experience with AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real-time data streaming (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
• Familiarity with Data governance and security practices.
