Description

You design, build, and maintain AWS-based data pipelines for contact center and operational analytics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop data ingestion and transformation workflows to support accurate reporting and analytics.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure reliability of data processing workflows.
• Integrate data sources related to AWS Connect and operational systems.
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and support production data solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in data engineering with AWS.
• Strong experience in building scalable data pipelines on AWS Cloud.
• Proficiency in data ingestion, transformation, and data quality processes.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data workflows.
• Experience supporting production data systems and deployment processes.
• Skills in AWS Cloud, Data Pipeline Development, Data Ingestion, AWS Connect, and Data Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with engineering and analytics teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
