Description

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and warehousing solutions on the Azure platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
• Build and manage data storage solutions using Azure Data Lake and Blob Storage.
• Develop data transformation and processing jobs using PySpark.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Apply CI/CD practices and version control for reliable code deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, and Blob Storage.
• Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) and PySpark for large-scale processing.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and SCD Type 1/Type 2.
• Experience with ETL processes and data engineering best practices.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Databricks.
