Description

You will design large-scale applications and lead data platform modernization efforts. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and modernize customer data platforms from Netezza to Databricks.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows for the Customer Platform Analytics system.
• Prepare estimates and work plans for design, development, implementation, and rollout phases.
• Collaborate with application, business, and infrastructure teams to align on requirements.
• Provide technical mentorship and manage day-to-day work activities for team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Netezza.
• Proven track record of setting up new customer data platforms and executing migration projects.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to independently manage and execute complex technical tasks.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer data analytics or customer platform engineering.
• Background in retail, customer experience, or marketing analytics environments.
