Description

You will function as a hands-on individual contributor, building and optimizing data pipelines for AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines, specifically for micro-batch workloads refreshing in 1-2 minute intervals.
• Write and maintain complex SQL and stored procedures within the data platform.
• Ensure the data platform supports high availability for 24/7 customer-facing APIs.
• Provide technical guidance to mid-level engineers and independently drive technical improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in writing SQL and developing stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Direct experience with BigQuery and Cloud Spanner.
• Experience building and tuning data pipelines for sub-two-minute latency KPIs.
• Familiarity with Informatica Cloud is highly beneficial.
