Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines processing structured and unstructured data for analytics and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
• Support AI development workflows, including experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
• Perform data preparation, feature engineering, and validation for AI/ML models while ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues, optimize performance for large-scale datasets, and automate data processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for ETL and data processing.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining data pipelines in cloud or distributed environments.
• Experience working with large datasets and improving data processing performance.
• Familiarity with AI/ML development workflows and AI solution integration.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise AI tools such as LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, or AI copilots.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated data environments.
