Description

You will own the data migration and integration between PeopleSoft and Workday systems.

Responsibilities

• Map PeopleSoft data structures to the Workday data model in collaboration with functional teams.
• Implement ETL data pipelines using IICS to extract, transform, and load data from Workday.
• Develop and optimize API calls to interact with Workday capabilities and security settings.
• Align data migration efforts with stakeholder reporting needs and business goals.
• Use SQL and scripting to perform data manipulation and transformation tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Thorough understanding of Workday and PeopleSoft data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud data warehousing.
• Proficiency in IICS for ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting for data transformation.
• Experience working with Workday APIs and security settings.
• Proven ability to solve complex data mapping and integration problems.
