Description

You will own the data engineering lifecycle for feedback management systems, ensuring reliable data flow from ingestion to modeling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute data processing and ETL workflows using Python and Shell scripting.
• Manage data models to support customer, services, sales, and marketing data requirements.
• Orchestrate scheduled jobs and workflows using Control-M.
• Utilize Qualtrics and feedback management systems to handle incoming data.
• Track tasks and project progress through Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and SQL.
• Strong experience in Python and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ETL and data processing workflows.
• Expertise in data modeling.
• Experience working with Qualtrics.
• Proficiency with Control-M.
• Experience using Jira for task management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Cisco functional data, including Customer Registry, Services, Sales, and Marketing.
