Description

You will design and build the strategy for the finance analytics engineering team within the Enterprise Data Engineering group. Responsibilities Build and improve data gathering, modeling, and reporting capabilities. Develop and maintain self-service data platforms. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, Scientists, Product Owners, and Domain Experts to define data requirements. Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes. Required Skills 8+ years of experience as a Data or BI engineer. Expert SQL abilities with hands-on experience in SQL and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in Python or an equivalent programming language. Experience with data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. Experience with data modeling, data catalog concepts, and various data formats. Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP services including S3/GCS, Lambda/Cloud Functions, EMR/Dataproc, Glue/Dataflow, and Athena. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related Software Engineering background. Preferred Skills Experience with Airflow and DBT. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, SiSense, or Looker. Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, TDD, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
