You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for real-time decisioning and marketing workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain efficient data pipelines for real-time marketing and decisioning.
• Partner with analytics, modeling, and IT teams to optimize customer messaging across channels.
• Ensure data quality through rigorous testing, validation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Automate workflows using SQL, Python, and cloud tools like AWS Glue.
• Contribute to data governance, cataloging, and documentation for enterprise assets.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or ML-driven data workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with scalable pipelines, scripting, and cloud/big-data tools.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub/GitLab and automated build/release processes.
• Familiarity with decision platforms: IBM Unica Interact, Adobe Campaign, and Salesforce.
• Strong data mining and database skills (MySQL).
