Description

Lead the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Ab Initio and AI technologies. You will manage offshore resources, coordinate with onsite teams, and serve as the primary technical liaison for the client.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex ETL pipelines using Ab Initio.
• Integrate AI capabilities into data workflows and processing logic.
• Manage and coordinate offshore engineering resources to ensure delivery standards.
• Collaborate directly with onsite team members and client stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Expert-level proficiency in Ab Initio data engineering.
• Practical experience applying AI skills to data engineering tasks.
• Strong client-facing communication and coordination abilities.
• Proven track record of managing offshore teams.
• Experience collaborating within onsite hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data architecture design.
• Background in cloud data platforms.
