Description

You will design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines using Scala and Apache Spark.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL processes and data pipelines using Scala and Spark.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization for large-scale data processing.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices and code quality.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver robust data solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Scala (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Apache Spark using Scala (not PySpark).
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with ETL/Data Pipeline development.
• Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem (Hive/HDFS) is a plus.
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies.
