Description

You will design, build, and maintain data infrastructure to support data processing and transformation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, design, and develop custom ETL infrastructure and pipelines for large data domains.
• Develop, test, and implement application code following SDLC standards.
• Deploy and maintain ETL systems for data loading and processing.
• Collaborate with business analysts to define and prioritize user requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in data engineering and ETL development.
• Hands-on expertise in Python and PySpark.
• Strong SQL programming skills with performance tuning, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
• Proficiency with relational databases: Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase.
• Experience with data processing tools including Kafka.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Familiarity with UNIX scripting and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Analytics principles.
