Description

You will design and implement scalable data architectures and ETL/ELT processes within the Azure ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Azure-based data architectures.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for data movement and transformation.
• Apply schema design principles including OLTP vs. OLAP, star/snowflake schemas, indexing, and partitioning.
• Manage data workflows through CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on schema design and data modeling.
• Expertise in Azure Data Lake and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database and Cosmos DB.
• Hands-on work with Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing.
• Solid understanding of schema design principles such as star/snowflake schemas.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data workflows using Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
