Description

You will design, build, and maintain data infrastructure supporting financial and business intelligence projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines for financial and business data.
• Develop solutions for month-to-month flux analysis, including flagging and historical tracking.
• Maintain and re-platform legacy SQL/SSAS/SSIS systems, utilizing MDX queries.
• Lead migration planning from on-prem to AWS/Redshift and support the Data Warehouse lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to capture requirements for GL and financial reporting.

Required Skills

• Expert SQL skills for query optimization and large dataset management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SSIS and SSAS, including complex MDX queries.
• Data warehouse experience covering analysis, dimensional modeling, and ETL design.
• Demonstrated experience re-platforming legacy systems to cloud, specifically AWS Redshift.
• Experience utilizing DevOps workflows for code versioning and deployment.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to drive projects independently while interfacing with finance stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Power Query and Excel/Anaplan for reporting.
• Knowledge of BI methodologies and data governance requirements.
