This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy Gen AI solutions, integrating LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines into existing measurement and science workflows.
  • Lead end-to-end development and scaling of data science solutions, ensuring robust, reproducible, and maintainable production systems.
  • Partner with product managers to translate business needs into science solutions, shaping the roadmap for personalization and loyalty capabilities.
  • Apply causal ML and econometric methods (CATE, DiD, matching) to support measurement, experimentation, and personalization at scale.
  • Build and maintain production ML and experimentation pipelines using MLOps best practices, CI/CD, and software engineering standards.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of applied data science or engineering experience with demonstrated progression in scope and technical complexity.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI applications, including LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflow development.
  • Experience with Azure and Databricks, or comparable cloud-based data science platforms.
  • Familiarity with causal ML and/or causal inference methods (e.g., CATE, heterogeneous treatment effect modeling, DiD, matching).
  • Experience contributing to production-quality ML systems using software engineering best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with MLOps practices including workflow orchestration, model monitoring, reproducibility, and deployment.
  • Experience in retail, CPG, media, or marketplace analytics.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and measurement pipelines.
